
The menu will consist of five courses and five beers:
Sweet Asian Chili Grilled Wings: Chargrilled jumbo chicken wings marinated in a sweet and spicy Asian chili sauce. Served with Sam Adams Hefeweizen.
Sunshine Salad: Mixed greens lightly tossed with a lemon-thyme viniagrette topped with mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, honey roasted pecans and crumbled goat cheese. Served with Sam Adams Light.
Tequila Lime Shrimp Gazpacho: Fresh summer vegetables diced and marinated, served with tequila-lime marinated shrimp. Served with Samuel Adams Summer Ale.
Herb-Crusted Oven Roasted Tenderloin: Beef tenderloin rubbed with fresh herbs then oven roasted, served with Yukon gold and gruyere cheese potato flan. Served with the classic Boston Lager.
Banana's Foster: Sauteed bananas in a dark rum brown sugar sauce served over homemade pound cake and topped with vanilla bean ice cream. Served with Cream Stout.
