Carribean Salad: Crisp greens topped with mandarin oranges, grilled pineapple, red and yellow peppers, sunflower kernals, and a honey ginger dressing.
Coconut Chicken: Chicken tenders coated in a coconut and pecan breading, deep fried and served with a spicy mango dipping sauce.
Stuffed Pork Loin: Tender pork loin stuffed with a cornbread apple stuffing, oven roasted and served with a carmelized onion apple brandy demi glace, with maple glazed baby carrots.
Braised Beef: Tender chunks of beef, carrots, onions and celery slow braised in red wine and finished with a touch of dark chocolate, served over dijon mashed potatoes.
Swedish Apple Pie: Apple slices and walnuts dusted with cinnamon and sugar, embedded in a sweet batter and baked til golden. Served with vanilla bean ice cream and a brown sugar glaze.
